Staff team and Executive Board

We act courageously on the basis of our motives and values. This means that we stand by what we say and do - even if it is sometimes unpleasant.

In order to collect donations efficiently and use them effectively in our project work, our team of around 15 people in Switzerland is divided into three areas: "Marketing & Fundraising", "International Projects" and "Administration". Every day, we also work with countless local employees at our more than 20 partner organizations in the project areas.

An honorary board supports us in finding our vision and oversees the operational activities of our aid organization, which is constituted as an association under Swiss law. It is elected by the general meeting.
