Staff team and Executive Board

We act courageously on the basis of our motives and values. This means that we stand by what we say and do - even if it is sometimes unpleasant.

To efficiently collect donations and use them effectively in our project work, our team of about 15 people in Switzerland is divided into four departments: “International Programs,” “Marketing & Public Relations,” “Institutional & Corporate Partnerships,” and “Administration.” We also work daily with countless local staff members at our more than 20 partner organizations in the project areas.

An honorary board supports us in finding our vision and oversees the operational activities of our aid organization, which is constituted as an association under Swiss law. It is elected by the general meeting.
