We are transparent with you right from the start of the application process. This means that we will tell you quickly if we have the impression that we are not a good fit. It also means that you will get to know your new team and the management during the recruitment process. And it also means that we place more value on personality and expertise than on quickly filling vacancies. That's why we search until we find the right person.

    Completeness pays off.

    After submitting your application documents, we will get back to you within three working days with initial feedback. For us, a complete application includes: CV, references and a letter of motivation in which you explain why you want to work in development cooperation - and why at ena?

    Recruitment

    Professional aptitude and personality.

    We often have a short telephone conversation first so that we can quickly determine whether you will fit into the team. In addition to your professional suitability, we attach particular importance to your personality. This telephone interview is followed by one or two official interviews, during which you will also get to know the team and the management.

    Employment

    A yes on both sides.

    After the second interview at the latest - and possibly after we have obtained references - we will inform you of our final decision. If both parties agree, we will issue the employment contract and prepare your start at ena together. Welcome to ena!
