    Application

Submitting all relevant information pays off.

    Recruitment

    Professional qualifications and personality.

We often start with a short phone call to quickly determine if you would be a good fit for the team. Alongside your professional qualifications, we place a strong emphasis on your personality. Following this phone call, there are one or two formal interviews where you’ll also get to meet the team and the management.
